This one day workshop presented by well known OH&S facilitators is designed to give participants an overview of employer/employee responsibilities under the Victorian OH&S Legislation. A Statement of Participation will be issued upon successful Completion of the workshop.

- Practical exercises on how to identify hazards
- Assess risk and make decisions on the best risk control
- Consultation - what does the law require?
- Employer/ Employee roles and responsibilities

Course Duration
6.5 hours
Trainer/Assessors
The workshop facilitators are Christy Fejer and Jim Kent.
Both have:
- More than 45 years collective experience in OH&S
- Had senior management positions within the Victorian WorkCover Authority (WorkSafe)
- Been gazetted inspectors under the Occupational Health and Safety Act
Assessment
Students’ performance is assessed.
Award
A Statement of Participation is issued upon completion of this course
