Self-directed study

The pre-training study component is the distinguishing feature of the Flexible program.  It’s “flexible” because you can study when it suits you. The time taken varies depending on previous learning experiences and usually takes most people around 3 – 7 hours.  The study involves working though each Workbook Section and this work is essential as it provides the necessary knowledge base to enable you to progress to competency during the workshop.  The Summary Questions at the end of each workbook section are completed before attending the training workshop.

Workshop program – 7 hours

Your trainer will work with you dynamically, drawing on the knowledge and skills you’ve already gained during your pre-workshop study and previously.  Training focus is on knowledge reinforcement and skills performance required to be assessed as competent for this unit.
